Rules & Regulations:
 

  • All the students must behave properly in the school and follow the school rules.

  • All the students must be regular & punctual to School.

  • Students must speak English during school hours. Only Adabi Urdu must be spoken during Urdu lessons.

  • Main gate of the Senior Campus on Main F/2 Road must be used to pick and drop the children. Pick and drop from any other Section's gate is not allowed. However, only Pre Nursery, Nursery & K G students' pick and drop is permitted from their respective sections' gates.

  • Late comers will be warned twice verbally and then issued a warning letter. After third chance, the student would be sent back home

  • Leave of absence must be given in advance. In case of sickness or an emergency, school should be contacted through a phone call (which should be made by 07:45 a.m. - 08:15 a.m.). Otherwise a fine of Rs.30 will be imposed and added into the next month's fee.

  • A fine of Rs 100 will be imposed for students of 8th – A’ Level in case of absence without prior permission. 100% Attendance is mandatory for all these students especially during assessments, examination and Summer Classes.

  • In case of absence without leave, name of the student will be struck off after 3 days.

  •  Re-admission will be Rs 3000 & be allowed only once in a session.

  • Canteen days are allocated to grade 8 to A’ Level. They must bring lunch from home (preferably home made) on other days. Canteen is not allowed up to class 7. All the students up to class 7 must follow the sample menu pasted in their diaries and bring lunch from home.

  • Library books must be returned within in the time limit given by the Library Incharge. Half the price of book will be charged if the book is torn and 3 times the price of the book will be charged if the book is lost. 

  • Lunch boxes, parcels, books, etc. will not be entertained during school hours. Students must bring all their items with them once when they enter the school premises in the morning.

  • Birthdays or any other event is not allowed to be celebrated in the college on students' part. Any food items sent to college for such purposes will be returned.

  • Parents must check their child's bag before sending them to college to ensure the presence of all necessary items.

  • First page of the student diary should be filled by the parents with complete and proper information.

  • No student will leave school premises without the permission of Vice Principal/ Principal. Parents or Guardian must sign the early leave diary before taking the child.

  • Parents (all visitors) must come in the senior/ college campus. Arrangement will be made by the Vice Principal or Section Head, if they want to meet their child's teacher or discuss any problem. But parents should not directly visit the classrooms as it disturbs the teacher and the children.  
  • Parents must sign the index in the students' notebooks on weekly basis Tests should be signed by the parents the day they are sent home. Report cards must be signed and returned to school within 2 days, otherwise a fine of Rs 100 will be imposed.

  • All notebooks used by the students should be with school monogram and covered in plastic covers (round the year). No extra stickers should be pasted on them.

  • Students must wear prescribed uniform with the monogram. The uniform must be neat and clean and in good condition. It should not be torn or in worn out condition.

  • Personal hygiene and cleanliness is indispensable. To maintain a neat and spick and span appearance:

  • Students should trim their nails short on the week end and keep them clean daily

  • Girls should not wear makeup, i.e. Lip gloss, mehndi, nailpolish or enamel, etc

  • Teeth must be brushed twice a day: after breakfast & after dinner Boys should have their hair trimmed in "cadet cut" and keep them clean & combed
  • Girls should comb & tie their hair properly in black or blue hair bands. Girls with short hair length must pin them up in a way that they do not fall on the face.

  • School shoes should be polished daily.

  • Male and female students must wear prescribed uniform and should not wear any jewellery or fancy accessories

  • Boys must wear plain black belts without any ornamental buckles Students should not wear coloured lenses, jewellery like rings, bracelets, chains, earrings/studs, etc.

  • Students should not bring expensive pencil cases, stationery items, water bottles, lunch boxes and jewellery. School will not be responsible for the loss of any expensive item brought by the students to the school.

  • Not more than Rs 50 should be brought to the school on canteen days. And students must take care of their belongings as school will not take responsibility in case of loss.

  • In case of any damage to the school property, e.g. furniture, walls, windows, white/soft boards etc, the responsible student will have to compensate for.

  • Students are not allowed to bring , exchange or sale CD'S/DVD’s, AUDIO/VIDEO CASSETTES/ GAMES, MUSIC PLAYERS, MOBILE PHONES, SIMS, BOOKS, MAGAZINES, ANY GIFT ITEMS or anything not related to their studies. All students have to participate in the co-curricular activities planned by the school.

  • No student up to class 8 is allowed to take tuitions at home. They must clear their concepts at school and do their home assignments themselves (or with the help of parents or siblings )

  • Parents must check the notebooks of their children on weekends (at least, if not daily) and inform school of any problem they came across.

  • College administration reserves the right to suspend or expel the students (After issuing a warning letter) on grounds of academic weakness, misconduct, ill discipline and misbehaviour.

  • Parents can communicate through student's H.W diary in case they have any problem regarding their child or contact relevant Section Head, Office Manager or Vice Principal through phone. But if the problem persists they can bring it in the Principal's notice either on phone or by taking time for meeting. 

  • Parents can meet the Principal by taking an appointment between 11:00 a.m - 02:30 p.m. to discuss any problem regarding School.

  • Social, racial or any other form of harassment is dealt with strictly.

  • Behaviour which brings the institution into disrepute, e.g such as abusive, anti-social or discourteous behaviour, political activism in school or outside, inconsiderate noise or parking, causing litter and specially criminal damage to private property is unacceptable and may result in suspension or expulsion.
